amlothi Android Expert Apr 6, 2011 #3 I found a problem on mine with certain apps not connecting. I could browse the web but not get weather or other apps to connect on 1.8. Only had this on 1.8. Rolled back to 1.6 (never installed 1.7) and it's all working fine again.

M mvh Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 #5 I have the same problem. Switching 2G on and off will fix it. Also flight mode fixes it. I've had the problem since 1.3 with every kernel I've tried. Full wipe, dalvik wipe doesn't help.
