Hi, I'm use the GingerXperiaV23 but very very Heavy open programs

what i do from this problem plz

I suppose you could download an app like Titanium Backup Pro or App Quarantine ROOT/FREEZE to freeze unwanted apps or even uninstall them.

The former is premium and the latter is free, but Titanium offers a lot more options long-term.
