When attempting to switch on wifi all I get is "error".With bluetooth no error message but will not switch on.Have tried the usual tricks like removing battery whilst switched on and powering on and off several times plus factory reset but no joy. can manage to get bluetooth working sporadically - Any ideas anyone?????
