As has been mentioned before, 5" and still 800x480? No thanks...
At that size, gimme at LEAST LowHD (1366x768, or at MINIMUM the 720), but if it's got the SAME rez as the Cappy, and 1.6 while waiting for the update (we know how THOSE go nowadays!), then no thanks very much.
I'd be wary of just about ANYONE saying it's "upgradeable" or "upgrading later."
On the landscape-only, I'm sure a different launcher would fix that, but the rest is the worrying part.
