Help glitchy android

hey, so my galaxy s3 is about 4 months old now. iy has never suffered any major drops and the only damage is a tiny crack in the corner of my screen but for some reason it seems to be incredibly slow and glitchy. apps crash all the time, or take forever to load and sometimes when they do load they then start to reload the page with no prompts from me. lots of small little problems but very irritating

any advice on how to stop this would be much appreciated!!

Have you tried performing a factory reset?

Before doing a factory reset, I would suggest you just power it off completely, pull the battery, put the battery back in and power it back on. Then see if things improve before you consider a factory reset.

And try holding the power button in while the phones on till it reboots itself.

JB has probs made u need a reset though.
Samsung should really have recommended it.
There must be a lot of people who dont use these forums and arent techy just putting up with glitchy phones since the update
