Root GlobalUnplug.apk backlighted black screen?

So i renamed globalunplug.apk because i don't need to be told to unplug my charger, every time i unplug my phone. but i have noticed that when i plug it in, and it goes dark, when i unplug it, the backlight turns on along with the keys, but the screen stays black.
Is there a way to stop this? I'm assuming its turning those on in preparation for running the globalunplug.apk but it cant find the apk, so it never turns on the screen, just the backlight.
I have autostarts app, but there is nothing listed under any option for that, so i assume its a kernel / OS issue.

Mine does that sometimes, but it may be because of all the stuff I have going on with it.
