Glove Mode

Was checking things out the other day and tried the "glove mode". When I tried to select "phone" or "messages", the glove mode would stop. Does anyone else get this?

mine crashes left and right, it gets stuck in the background, and i cant use the home screen gotta reboot after it gets hung up!

i think its just early in its dev.. but i doubt we'll see an update.

You can go to the apps menu, select glove mode, then you can turn glove mode off without rebooting.

When mine crashes, it dropps to the background but has no overlay, none of my home buttons work, tactile wont bring up glove mode again, but when i go to power down the buttons are glove'd up and huge... i havent found a way to end the lock up without rebooting.

Nothing works on mine either, except the apps icon. Works for me. :)

Have the same issue with the tactile button not responding to the glove mode. If I switch to other applications they tend to load fine. Switch back to glove mode and nothing.
No idea why

Interesting.

I wonder if you can use something like Nova Launcher and just make HUGE icons on it, if you need a "glove" mode.

dual screen technology is at work with glovemode i thought... from capacitive to transisitive... like they used to be... not sure

Mine refuses to trigger glove mode using the tactile button. Don't really give a hoot about glove mode anyway. Would rather be able to choose some other stuff like the camera. Not available in the tactile choices.
Is there a way to add it? I am rooted!

If you go to the Tactile Key settings, Assign App to Tactile Key, Select Applications from the list, you can activate the camera from that list.

Same here. Rooted also and there is no way yet to use the tactile for the shutter release. See thread for underwater pics. Thia phone is worse than the previous for this feature.
