Gmail 4.3

My S2 updated to Gmail 4.3 last night, but so far I don't see the ability to reply or delete from the notification bar. Same with my Nexus 7. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to get it to work?
 
Its not an S III exclusive feature. It's an app feature only for 4.1+ devices. And for some reason.. Its not working for some devices. I have AOKP 4.2.2 running my phone and unable to said features. However.. On my girls Nexus 4 she's been able to use the new Gmail features
