Gmail app launches links in default browser

[chuckiemustdie]

Hi all

I have an Asus TF101 tablet and use the Gmail app all the time. However, whenever I receive email with embedded links, they automatically use the default Android browser. I would much rather they launch in Chrome, though.

I've spent hours Googling for a solution and looking through Gmail settings, but to no avail. I'm sure it's a very simple fix, if someone knows, I'll be forever grateful if you share!

Yours

Go to app settings, under the all tab, look for the default browser. Open it and click on clear defaults.
