Gmail - Autoupdate

I use the standard gmail app, but it only seems to receive emails when i 'Sync all' Is there a way so that it will check every 15 / 20 mins or so?
 
The standard gmail app is setup to basically receive emails instantly.....this is not working properly sometimes in froyo.....
 
Yep - gmail doesn't appear to have any update frequency settings. My emails appear on the phone instantly.
