Help Gmail crashes upon email opening, Browser crashes when started

Lurker
Hello,

I have LG F3, purchased in T-Mobile and unlocked through them some months ago. Did not install android again, did not do "root" which I do not what it is by the way (but I am willing to learn, if it is recommended to solving the issue follows), did not succeed in uninstalling the T-Mobile apps (but the problem seems to persist when I terminate their processes). Now running my phone under a different network in Israel.

Two related problems:
GMail - I can see the emails titles in the app's main screen, and when I click on any of the emails, it starts to load it and then crashes - meaning closing the app and going back to the desktop view (I do not know how you guys call it, but I mean the main screen with icons on it).
Browser - crashes when I click on it. It starts loading for a second and then crashes, like Gmail above.

I think the problems are connected because these crashing started at about the same time. Sometimes I getting over it by erasing cache&data of the apps and reboot, but it's not reasonable to do it every couple of days. I do not think it is connected to T-Mobile, since my phone was great for 4 months when operating on the different network.

I uninstalled some unnecessary apps, no good.
I uninstalled some (not so good) apps's updates (those I cannot unistall completely) like hangouts, to save space.

Android 4.1.2
Kernel Version 3.4.0
Build Number JZO54K
Software version P65910b
Antivirus: lookout
no founding with malewarebytes.

I would appreciate any help. If it involves some procedure you do not elaborate, please tell me how do I find its details.

Thanks!
Zohar

Lookout antivirus released an update and when I installed it, both Gmail and the browsers apps started working well. And after some hours they made problems again. So I reinstalled Lookout's updates, and now only Gmail is making problems. Anyway, I think it is something wrong with Lookout.
