Help Gmail going Haywire.....?

All of a sudden when I open gmail to view my emails it goes nuts...?

It keeps flickering and wont stay steady. it keeps resetting itself when it tries to open..?
using the Gmail app. Got a buddy who says he's experiencing the same problem. Not sure what kind of phone he has though .

Don't know what to do...?
 
Mine is doing the same thing- started last night around 10PM CDT. I'm using a Galaxy S 4G on T-mobile. I have completely deleted the Gmail app and reinstalled from the market but it's still behaving the same way.
 
tried to uninstall then reinstall. went into the Marketplace & saw that MANY others are having the same problem.

Same issue here on SGS2 with TMO. Happened after I installed the update to Google Voice. But backing out that update hasn't fixed the issue.

I've tried clearing the cache, wiping data for Gmail. Didn't work.
Tried restoring old data, didn't work.
Rebooted to recovery and flashed a different kernel, plus wiped cache, dalvik cache, battery stats, and fixed permissions.. didn't help.
I uninstalled the Google Voice update and all other recent updates since this started, didn't help.

Looks like some sites (not Phandroid) have made posts about Google admitting the problem and working on a fix.
 
Yeah that's what it looks & sounds like. hope they fix it soon..?

Guess ill have to use the Android email vlidng in the meantime.
