Help Gmail not pushing

This is a semi-common problem. Unless a lot of people start complaining about it (which would be Google's problem) it's probably an issue with your phone or gmail. The first thing to check is menu->settings->accounts and sync. I know it seems silly to ask, but you do have it set to sync, right? I'm sure you do, but it doesn't hurt to ask

Next thing to try is to go to menu->settings->applications->manage applications, find gmail in the list, then wipe cache and data for the app. Once that is done, reopen gmail, and see if it starts pushing your mail. If that doesn't work, uninstall the update of gmail that you have (it'll downgrade to whatever the OTA came with), then reinstall it from the market. Usually, one of those things fixes it. If not, we can take it from there.
