Help Gmail not syncing

[ned4spd8874]

Is anyone else having Gmail syncing issues? It started sometime last night. I've rebooted the phone, removed the SMS Backup+ that I installed last night just in case that was the problem. Even when I press the sync button to manually do it, I don't even see the sync circle thing on the top menu. Any ideas out there for me?

Ah. I've been having this problem on and off for about a month now. However, sometimes if I sync manually it works? Rather annoying that I now actually have to use my PC to check my ebay auctions
