So I've been scouring the forum pages for a particular solution, but could not find anything...so here is my issue.
I am a heavy Gmail user, and subsequently, attach labels to many of my messages (desktop). Previously on my Blackberry, whenever I would get an email, I would be notified. However, since switching to Fascinate (Android) and using the Gmail app, I only get notifications for those messages that are sent to the Inbox. For all other messages, I have to manually check each label for unread messages.
Some solutions I've looked into are:
1. Downloading Gmail Notifier, but that only seems to work at the top level for multiple accounts ~ still no help to me
2. Go to Gmail settings and "sync" each label I want (currently set at 4 days) ~ still no notifications.
3. I've tried the resident Fascinate email app, but the fact that it syncs every 5 minutes didn't sit well, and still no notifications for non-Inbox messages.
Can anybody help me?
