Hi, new user to this site.
I've done a quick search and could find nothing specific to my issue
I have just received my Sensation back from T-Mobile UK after it was sent off for repair.
I'm just setting the phone up once again however I'm hitting a brick wall with signing in to my Google account. It is saying that my username and password do not match.
My username and password that i'm entering are correct (tried it on my iPad and Laptop, I also changed it and again still doesn't recognise it) so it's not operator error.
What is going on? I've been trying for the last hour, I have reset it a few times but still it doesn't work!
