Gmail problem

Hi, since I upgraded to 2.1 on Friday I don't get my emails timeously unless I manually refresh.
I have auto sync, background data, and mobile network switched on and I am on wifi as well most of the day.
I also did a factory reset over weekend which resolved the tethering problem, but not the gmail one.

They come in as soon as I manually refresh but otherwise can be anything from 20mins -2hrs late in coming thru.

Any ideas pls good ppl? Tnx

i've had the same problem the last couple of weeks. gtalk is also affected - i keep losing data connection.

come on! can't anyone please help??

Hi umshamrock, I still haven't solved my problem!
I notice a slight improvement if I reboot daily tho but still a major pain in da ass.
