Help Gmail seems slow lately

Whats up with Gmail these days? It's slow to load. Slow to update. Slow to push sometimes.

who knows what's going on? Mine seems fine. There could be a million reasons why. I wouldn't get alarmed until it starts happening for a lengthy period of time or a lot of people start having the problem.

My sister says Google stuff is like a yoyo up and down all the time. So far today Gmail is acting OK but a few days ago it was like a snail on ice.

My gmail isn't pushing at all since the update. Missed an important email yesterday because I didn't bother checking it assuming it would push.
