This is a first, someone actually asking for a confirmation button. I always disliked when I tried to delete something it would say; do you really want to delete or if I tried to install something it would ask; do you really want to install. YES, stop asking me.
Now back to your question, no it doesn't. Which is strange since you can get it to confirm for existing email.
My suggestion, stop hitting that button.
