Root Gmail stops syncing - I'm using CM7

[Fishyweb]

On a couple of occasions, the native Gmail app on my HTC Desire has stopped syncing, and I've had to go back into Settings | Account and Sync Settings and tick the Sync Gmail setting. Anyone else had this option spontaneously un-tick itself?

I'm using a CM7.1 ROM, in case that is relevant.

It is set by default at install unchecked for whatever reason. I have never known it un-tick itself though.

Its worth doing a clear data on the gmail app every now and then I find.
