Help Gmail update broke NoLED

Just installed today's Gmail app update, and it looks like it totally broke NoLED for me. It won't work and just gives me "permission error". Is anyone else seeing this problem?

They are aware of the issue and said a fix should be out in the next day or two

They fixed it already. Nice job on the developers part for responding so quickly.

NoLED is the best app for this phone imo. I wouldn't be able to live without it!

Agreed! I was very unhappy when it broke, but was quickly happy again when they fixed it in just a few hours.

I tried it. Loved the app for a couple of minutes but then I couldn't unlock my phone. I pressed the side button to bring up my unlock screen to put my PIN in and nothing happened. Had to drop into Safe Mode to uninstall the app.

To unlock you have to push the side button, then the home button...you can change which buttons by going into settings/misc//dismiss buttons

The GMail update also broke the GMail notification that's part of GO Launcher EX Notification.

Hmmm... maybe mine hasn't updated yet because it is still working with both NOled and Go Launcher EX. Will have to keep an eye on it.

NoLED actually turns the screen on, so by pressing the side button, you're turning it back off. You can get to the unlock screen by pressing the home button.
