So I got a note 2 from verizon last week. All was great. Awesome battery but noticed thst after 15+ minutes of continuous use I woukd see screen begin to flicker and go dark. I got a replaement.

This one, the battery percentage goes down about 1% every two or three minutes of use.

I dont know if I should try exchanging once more?
Any thoughts?

Before I got the replacement I could get 2 days on the battery. Now im barely getting one.

Did you know... When you exchange a phone with Verizon, under the manufacturer's warranty period (but beyond the 14 day direct exchange policy), they will give you a re-manufactured device? Meaning the phone was returned by someone else, and refurbished to replace any scratched surfaces or worn parts. If everything on this phone is operating properly except the battery life, buy a new battery.

Amazon.com: Samsung Galaxy Note 2 II Standard Battery (3100mAh) - Black: Cell Phones & Accessories

Or you can attempt another trade. The risk is that you may get a perfect one.... or maybe one with other/worse issues. ******* Verizon.

Or get 2 more and they'll them send you a brand new other device.

Phone companies are so cheap nowadays, the whole refurbished/recertified program is a scam. I've never gotten a replacement device that worked correctly, is like they hope you'll just settle after awhile, or be to ignorant to notice a problem.

Question:

Did your original phone run on 4.1.1 and the refurbished one run on 4.1.2.

And I agree to with whomever said the refurbished thing is a scam. If my phone breaks or something is wrong with it, why give me a replacement that was sent in for the same reason you are getting a new one i.e. a defect, either physical or whatever. Those are so hit and miss that it will perform properly, even for newer phone models.

This is a business account and my rep said you get a new replacement within the first 30 days.

I think im going to go to the store and exchange it for another so that I dont have to buy another one at $300 and then send this one back for credit.
