Help GNex Always Reboots When Accessing App data

Here's another GNex rebooting problem but this one isn't random:

My phone ALWAYS reboots when trying to access app data. Any one of the following actions will cause a reboot after about 10-15 seconds:

Settings --> Apps
Settings --> Storage

This has only happened recently. I tried removing my latest apps to no avail. I'm running stock 4.0.1 and stock yakjuux.

Any help would be appreciated. I really don't want to resort to a factory reset.
