Gnex data/reception issues and ICS updates

I'm new here, and have read some other threads on recetpion issues. I just bought the Gnex and my data signal sucks. I have, as we speak, 3G showing in grey color, but can't load sh*t for web pages.

I have read about updates to ICS. I am running 4.0.2. Is there a newer version out or coming out that is supposed to fix this issue?

I think there was some weird anomaly this morning. A lot of people lost data for awhile. Other than that, I would take it back if it continues to trend this way and defect for a new one.

Yeah bad timing. I still have no data. It started this morning around 8:30 EST.

yeah as other have metnioned large sections of VZW's data network (both 4g and 3g) are either out completely or sporadic.

the main page and engadget both have posts about it.

Yeah, I lost data early this morning but it came back after an hour. I saw the news that VZW had another sporadic data outages this morning.
