Help GNex not connecting to home network extender

As per title...my phone is not connecting to existing working network extender. All of my other Verizon phones connected right away out of box. And 2 others are connected right now with no issues. So it's not the Extender.

Any suggestions?

Support seems to think maybe ICS may not be compatible, but other than that no help from them. They told me if I dialed the #48 and the recording states that I am covered...then I am covered. But, this isn't true. Other phones show --39 dbm in house on extender, GNex -100 ish

Not good or acceptable.

Same thing with me, bad signal when other phones are fine. I think its the phone hardware. I can set there looking at my extender and the nexus says no connection.

I also have the 1x extender in my house since without it there is barely a signal at all.

Now granted I have not been looking at the dbm signal strength, but when dialing #48 it said I am under network extender coverage.
I've also made/received a few calls without issues.

If I weren't under coverage I would have had dropped calls for sure.

how do i tell if i'm connected to the Extender? i didn't even think of that. i have two, one at home and one at work.

my DB's are hight also. Maybe i'm not connected?
