Root Go back to stock rom

I would like to go back to my stock rom. At the moment i have cm10 running on my galaxy s2 x. Would updating my phone to jellybean work, or will i have to do it manually?

No, that has to be done through Odin.

Here is a stock rooted Telus rom you can flash in recovery.

Does it do it if you are trying to copy to your external sd card or internal or both?

Do you have another cable you can try?
