I looked through some threads but it didn't answer my question.

If I installed go launcher would that interfer with the s pen or would I still be able to use that?

SPen and dual window work with any launcher. The only functionality you will lose is that the notes program won't open automatically when you pull out the SPen.

Thanks for answering my question. Now it makes me undecided if I wanted to change launchers. I really want to keep my note taking features

You can still launch it manually.
