Help GO SMS pop up window, blank?

[PRkid]

For some reason, whenever I get a text message, the pop up window is blank.. This happened before, I fixed it, but don't remember how. I have it so it can display the actual message (NOT the private option), so idk why its just blank??

Thats what i thought I had to do.. But didn't want to do it.. But did it, and it "took care" of the problem. Thanks
