Go SMS Pro Issue

Hey I have a google nexus s with sprint and my GF has a HTC incredible with verizon. We both have go sms pro and the emoji plugin. The problem we're having is I can send anything to her without a problem but if she sends me anything other then a general smiley I dont get it. It appears to send on her phone and she gets no error messages but I never receive them.

Any ideas?

i have downloaded this application of GO SMS PRO in my new phone LG OPTIMUS 500 with ANDROID 2.2.2
I am facing a problem with its PRIVATE MESSAGE BOX in which i have put some of the contacts and applied a 4 DIGIT NUMERIC PASSWORD also.
Now i have forgot the password so i am not able to read the messages sent by these contacts of PRIVATE MESSAGE BOX , though i can very well wrote them bt their reply i cant read them as it is asking for the password.

Can anyone out here help me for the same ?
