Help Go SMS Pro - MMS notification not working

Hello!

Previously, I had disabled my Samsung Galaxy SII stock messaging application and Go SMS Pro worked perfectly (has been for the past couple of months).

Today, I found out that I have not been able to receive MMS (picture messages) for the past couple of days. I have since re-enabled the stock messaging application and am once again able to receive picture messages. However, even with the stock messaging app enabled, Go SMS Pro does not give me a notification that I have received a MMS (only the stock app gives me a notification)

Model: SGH-T989
Android version: 4.1.2

Anyone have a similar problem? And if so, are there any solutions?

Sorry, I don't have an answer for this, but wanted to add that none my notifications (to include plain SMS) have NEVER worked on Go SMS. It remembers for a short time but then for no apparent reason all custom notifications reset to silent with vibration.

I have sent several support requests to Go, only for them to be ignored.

Today I finally switched to SMS Popup and I'm crossing my fingers that this one will work.

Something similar happened to me after un-bricking my phone. What I had done though before I noticed the problem, was un-check the "Show notifications" option within the device settings:

Settings > Application Manager > Go SMS Pro > App info

Once I checked it, I rebooted my phone and then was able to receive text messages on Go SMS Pro.
