Help go sms pro t-mobile fix

Ok so i have go sms pro i have not been able to send pictures or anything over a wifi connection now the update to go sms pro says (fixed) MMS doesn't work with T-mobile wifi calling (Need permission to change WLAN status) does anyone know what this means for (change WLAN status) is that something i need to do or is it on the app side of fixing or how i can fix my problem please i hate having to turn off my wifi each time just to send a picture thanks.

I stopped using a third party text for this reason. Turning it on when you send is one thing, but they won't download when you receive one either. The use of Wi-Fi calling and text outweighs the use of another app for me. It would be nice if they could get this resolved though.
 
I have a att note 3 and I can't send pictures on WiFi or internet I changed to go SMS pro and it worked for a few months now it won't work on SMS pro or messaging
