Has anyone tried GO SMS PRO on HTC One X?

If yes, than did u guys tried backup feature ?
because when i did that it is giving me SD card issue. i mean HTC One X doesn't even support one =/
 
i use the app, but i never backup my sms anyways, didnt have a need to to be honest, so can't chip in with the back upthing...
 
tried it and never encountered the issue you mentioned. I also tried restoring a backup from my galaxy s i9000 with no issues as well.
 
i tried the backup funtion but it only backuped the 'settings' of the program, not the actual sms...
nonetheless, before i look further into this ppl has been telling me that to backup your sms its best to use "titanium backup" (need ROOT) OR "SMS backup Restore" (FREE).

so i ended up just using them now. very easy and handy.
 
You'll get similar errors when saving attachments from MMS messages using the stock app too. I think there's an issue with the way the SMS app (and the 3rd Party apps) interface with the SD Card because it happens to me using a custom ROM too.
 
I also use Go sms pro but have never bothered to back up my messages either.
Might give it a go and see what happens.
 
Just flew in from the Sensation XE forum guys. Been having an GO SMS problem since the ICS update and since the One X runs the same, thought i would ask in here. Before the update my XE pulled my Facebook contact photos in to the GO app, now after the app they are blank just a normal wee box with a grey outline of a person.

hmm interesting, I noticed that Handcent did pretty much the same. I am still undecided which one of the two I like better tho. :)
 
Right, tried everything but still no contact pics, Go Sms has now been binned for the stock app, pity, i really liked it:(
