I noticed that the Go Launcher widgets work when installed on the SD card. Have they finally figured out how to make it work or are Go widgets just not affected by the normal problem with apps 2 SD?

I've noticed apps say the widgets don't work if they're installed on the SD card, but haven't had the time to understand why. Is there a quick answer?

they don't work because the SD card is not available right on boot up. So when the OS loads all the apps and things, they are not recognized to be there. That's why you can't run widgets off the Sd card because they aren't seen until after the OS has loaded. They'll work as long as you haven't rebooted...
