Root Going back to old ROM, some quick questions.

I was on CM7 and and got the itch to flash an ICS ROm. Now I want to go back to CM7.

1. Do I have to wipe the memory and cache before restoring the nandroid backup? (I've search the internet and could not find and straight forward answer.)

2. I flashed Incredikernal with the ICS ROM. It seems to work well with my phone. Do I need to reflash it after I restore the backup? Can I even flash it after I restore the back up?

3. Are there any other things I need to do before I restore the backup?

Yes to question one and two, and that is all you should have to do. Your phone will be restored to exactly the way it was when you created the nandroid.
