Going back to stock - getting rid of TWRP

So Im having an issue with my new S2X 989D. Every once and a while when I charge my phone I get a "battery Disconnected" error. Ive tried different cables. Its not the cable. From what Ive read, theres no real fix for it. I have only a few more days left until I cant take it back to the store anymore. I would rather not send it to samsung.

I rooted my phone with SuperSU and installed TWRP, unlocked it and thats it. I didnt have time to install any custom roms yet.

After getting the battery error and deciding to take it to the store I wanted to remove all trace of mod. I unrooted and restored my Stock backup via TWRP. I wiped everything and did factory reset. I double checked that the rom counter or whatever its called was still at none. Still ok.

The only thing I cant figure out is how I get rid of TWRP now. I can still access it by holding vol and power. Do I just delete the TWRP folder?
