Hello and welcome aboard. If your device isn't compatible _ you won't be able to download it onto the device.
Usually the Play Store app should already be preinstalled on the device - anyway, Download this:
[Updated x2] Download: Google Play Store (Formerly Android Market) v3.5.15 APK With A New Tabbed My Apps Interface, New Review Features, And More
And enable Unknown Sources if you haven't already. It'll install the new market.
