Going On Holiday With Desire...

I'm heading away to Greece on Wednesday and am paranoid about being charged.

What do I need to switch off before I go?

I'm on O2 unlimited data etc here, but know it doesnt apply abroad!

Id turn it off so it doesnt download or whateve rit does with your emails. I apologise for may lack of knowledge of the phone, im just going by what ive read on here and other forums

Make sure you switch off your Mobile Internet and check your overseas tariffs for any small print.

I have that and roaming un-checked at the min.

Do I need mobile internet on to get on the web at home (obviously if Wi-Fi is off)?

What wont work with each of these off?
