Going to exchnage fro 4th Galaxy Nexus

1st Phone - charging didnt work
2nd Phone - DOA at store
3rd - Phone - Market application is missing and phone wont turn on

All from Best Buy.

One more time and then thats it.

Im wonering is Best Buy got bad stock.
