Help goLauncherEX

this bad boy redraws all the frkn time. was working flawlessly for awhile. then when the goTeam updates the sms, or launcher, what have you.....this frkn thing slows down, redraws like myDX cant handle it.

i do battery pulls and clear cache, and all the 9nine yards. I basically uninstalled it. i am using stock X launcher, and "making due".

I miss colorized wigets, and many other wigets that will work w/ goLauncher that wont work w stock.

Anyone else suffering? What to do, and makes me just completely just force the root.

It's easier than it looks.

This should be the fix for the launcher redrawes/restarts.

I just applied it this morning, still testing.

Also, for DX, seems like the best memory settings are to use option 10, custom and use the values: 6, 12, 60, 80, 100, 120

Also, here's a bigger thread on this (the first above thread is a good tutorial on how to apply this):

TLDR,

So basically, what's all this stuff do?

The theory is that it adjusts android memory management values to handle things more efficiently. The 2nd part of it is that it updates a setting somewhere to tell the OS that not to ever kill your launcher.
