Good Cases

anyone have experience with the aluminum case?? looks pretty cool...

I got the Verizon rubberized case and love it. One reason I like it so much is that it is one of the few cases I have seen that covers up the volume controls in such a way that you don't inadvertently hit them while handling the phone. But they are still available for use as needed.

I have the rubberized case from VZW, the one with the silver front. It's nice, but it seems to add a bit of bulk to the phone and I was wondering if either of the other 2 do the same thing or if they're thinner. Thanks!

i have the Seidio Innocase II (along with their Ultimate Screen Guard). VERY nice. i don't really have anything to compare it to as i've never used the hard snap-on type case on any phone before, and was using the verizon silicone gel case up to now for the Eris (a bit bulky and prone to collecting dust and debris and also made pulling down the notification bar difficult because it was right up against it). but it's nice. almost looks and feels as if i don't have a case on at all. hardly adds any bulk to the phone. cutouts are perfect. nice feel, fit and finish. i love how the top and bottom halves slide on gently and lock into place without any sharp and obtrusive clips. yet it seems very firm. the fit is lock-tight, yet i wasn't worried about damaging the phone in any way when putting it on. there is felt on the inside back portion and along the edges. and the felt isn't roughly cut like i've seen on many cases, even those made by major manufacturers. all in all i'd say this is a very high quality case. seems like it will stay on well and protect the phone nicely while not detracting from the appearance in the least.

i think you definitely will be. they are pricey but worth it. if not, they have an excellent return policy (though their customer service dept. can sometimes be hard to get in touch with strangely enough).
 
If you are a pocketer, the best case I have ever used on a phone is the Amzer Luxe case (its in between a hard case and silicon). there's a video review of it on youtube if you want to see it, but I definitely recommend it. Slides very easily in your pocket and looks awesome, nice shiny finish and high quality material (doesnt stretch out/tear like silicone cases). I got the "grey" one from their website but its really a gloss black.
