Good lightweight camera apps?

I'm looking for the best lightweight camera that has the most functionality so I don't need to have a ton of extra apps for adding effects and such. Right now I'm using the stock camera, a cartoon camera and I just started messing around with a night vision one. Ideally I would like to have all of those features (night vision maybe not as much) plus more if possible all in one app so I don't have to constantly switch between apps. Any ideas or suggestions?

I checked into camex, but along the easy found one called Fun Cam. It's got most of what I wanted like this really nice vintage effect. Definitely thanks for the input!
