Help Good network with fast internet?

On orange pay as you go atm on my DHD but don't like how slow the internet is and how expensive too.

Seen pretty much the same offers from all other providers but does anyone have any ideas on a good one with a fairly strong signal ( I'm in nottingham) fast internet, and good deals??

tbh i cannot fault 3 iv bin with them for many years now and hav never thought once moving to another network,

i pay

Seems good... Coverage suggests a strong signal but my sister ( on vodaphone ) has fairly strong signal but majority if the time gprs or edge and hardly ever hsdpa.
Seeing as if you are a loyal customer, how do you rate getting 3g and speeds?

Got my phone on O2, can't complain about the internet although haven't had a lot of contracts so I can't really compare properly.

I get 1000 minutes, unlimited texts (5000) and 500mb internet for

Yeah thought so to! Ow I forgot to mention something, the reason it was this cheap was because of a mistake on O2's part , which I never complained about :P.

Basically on it's release date I was looking through websites for good deals, and the cheapest I ever found was

i rate it spot on mate, most of the time i get hsdpa which is much much faster than my BB at home,
my job is a lorry driver so spend a lot of time out and about, cornwall is a bit hit and miss and most of time down there im on 3g but none the less its still a solid connection, and as far up as south sheilds and always solid up that way,

alsoif you know anyone else on 3 and you tell 3 there number you can get a good deal, normally some free line rental after the third mth for you and the person who number you give :D

I'm on Three and I can't fault it, I get the same deal as shonan and I regularly use 2-3 gb of data and don't get throttled or charged extra. The signal is great and the 3g/hspa is really fast. Also they are rolling out hspa+ so it'll be even faster :D

sweeet, i didnt know that :D

cheers chap

I'm in Wakefield on Orange and mostly get H on my phone, can't complain about the speed. So I wouldn't say it's an Orange based problem, just where you are but if you have an issue getting Orange when they are also using T-Mobile to give you signal in some cases then I'm not quite sure if you will definitely get a better signal with other companies. Perhaps you can ask a couple of your neighbours and see what the local situation is first before moving, it could be worse on Vodaphone for example and getting stuck with a contract would not be good at all.
500mins, unlimited messages, 500mb and a free Desire HD last May for

I have no real problem with orange, just that there are very good deals out there such as 3's £5 for 30 days if unlimited Internet.

Wot was you thinking of bud, PAYG or contract as i said my contract is ace for the money but just to give you food for thought, my daughter is on 3 PAYG and she gets

5000 3 to 3 calls
300 tx
150 mb internet

and she gets 90 days to use it, tho contract is much better

Looking preferably at payg. But as I may be getting a job, I could stretch to a rolling / contract if there udca good deal.

All depends on how you use the phone, I text & use mobile data a hell of a lot more than I speak to people on the phone so I went with Giffgaff PAYG, well worth checking out IMO.
