Good streaming sites?

Hey all, Im looking for good video streaming sites to view on my HTC Desire!

Youtube is great but its a tad boring =/

Only want websites that actually stream properly in a player like Youtube not just ordinary ones that you view on the PC because they dont look very good on Mobiles (Cant explain what i mean properly sorry)

get the my player app.it is the android version of iplayer.it looks ok but you can now download the shows direct to the phone and these look fantastic
