What kind of problems was Sprint giving you? Were they giving you trouble about your upgrade?
I still have yet to call them up to get my upgrade back. Hopefully it will go smoothly for my line and my wife's line because I want to upgrade both of our handsets together.

Dude, if you're gonna jump ship to Verizon, at least get the Thunderbolt or X2. The Incredible 2 isn't all that great imo.
Call Account Services they will not want to loose you business
I did and they even gave me MORE problems and when I threatened to cancel my account they blatantly said OK. I even asked for higher ups and they just kept giving me BS excuses and what not. I told them I am willing to shell out money for their best device and extend my contract but nope. You'd think being with them for 11 years would have some sort of effect. I am going to keep my Hero just in case I do decide to go back because I do love their phone line up but they always give me problems when I want a new phone.
That is a shame. It must have been an incompatible plan or something.
Usually they are pretty easy going. I am especially surprised given your eleven year tenure with Sprint.
Wow that is amazing, I have never had an issue convincing them of doing stuff, there must be a reason why they are not willing to budge, what plan were you on ??
I had their $99.99 unlimited data plan and they tried saying that I was never on their plan so I asked what have I been paying for and they couldn't come up with a reason. I even said Ef it, just put me on any plan that would allow me to have the Evo 3D. Idk why they were giving me a hard time and I called 3 different times and got 3 different answers lol
Now I know I mentioned this, but you sure you talked to Account Services and not customer Service, there is a huge difference, I would try again for the heck of it, I would also send Dan an email and explain briefly the amount of time you have been with them and what has happened, he will have someone from his office contact you, Dan@sprint.com Worth a shot.

Too bad, man. They just obtained root on the Sprint HTC EVO 3D.
