Help Google Account Deleting itself

[tallthingeek]

Is anyone else experiencing this problem with ICS (4.0.4) on their GT-N7000

My google contacts randomly get deleted from my handset and Google (have to restore contacts)

Also, the usb storage is clearing itself as my sms and photos get deleted

Now, it is removing my google and samsung account from the phone. One night I couldn't get past the lock screen as it was asking for a password (that I didn't set)

I have installed only the official roms and on latest version. I have done factory resets
