Hello, my phone is still currently logged in to google account but I forgot the password, how to know what is the password? Thanks

I keep it in a cross-platform password manager (so I can access it from my laptop or tablet as well as my phone).

Given that the account is a way into the phone I don't want to risk using a weak password with it, and while I can remember a few strong passwords (e.g. I can still recite an old 128 bit router password as a hex string years after I scrapped the router) I don't want to have to rely on remembering very many of those.
