Help Google Accounts won't Sync

My gmail all of a sudden stopped syncing. I checked out other threads and they suggested to go to my applications and clear the data. So before I do any attempts on my email, I did it to my contacts. And now I can't sync my contacts and my email? Could it be that it's because I am low on space? I am sitting at 19MB space available on my internal memory.

Try removing the gmail app and just using the regular email app to access gmail .I switched and all my gmail problems disappeared.

19M is low but not prohibitive. Transfer some apps to SD card as you can.


When was the last time you rebooted? Problems can disappear with a proper reboot sequence and/or factory reset.

Factory reset mode: Volume Up + Camera as you turn on the phone. Warning, factory resets clears other data.

Removing the battery and leaving it out for a few minutes then putting it back and rebooting can help sometimes .

I've had issues with the newest Gmail app on both CTMod and CM7 . I finally got tired of it and just started using the stock email app that comes with the Prevail . I haven't had any problems since I've switched .
