Google labs has an app inventor for android phones. It says you don't need to know anything about coding to design an android app. I was wondering where all these thousands of new apps were coming from. It must be easy to design one?
Look down the list till you see APP Inventor for Android
You will need a google account to sign in. I noticed there are tutorial videos on youtube on how to use it to design an app.
*edit* I was reading some of the comments in the google app section and it mentions you can't add your project to the market so I guess it is not to be used for making real apps.
