You won't see NetFlix in the market for your Nook. You'll need to sideload the APK and then edit the Nook's build.prop file so the device looks like a compatible player to the software.
The current flash player is 10.3 and I don't have any trouble finding it in the market.

Ok. I found a couple of builds that do not require a build.prop modification:

The second one is supposed to be awesome and have perfect HD playback! I'm gonna try em when I can mess with the NookColor - ie, wife has to be gone - present
I also found a workaround for Hulu on NC:

1. delete installed versions of flash
2. enable instalation of other sources
3. download dropbox
4. download flash 10.3 modded (link above)
5. Install
6. Change settings in Dolphin HD
7. Change resolution in Hulu to smallest
This is still untested for me. But it seems to work for everyone else

I think the issue with me not finding stuff on the Anroid Market is me being used to using Apple's AppStore - it has a much better search function. Gapps requires inputting the exact name.

I haven't tried it yet, I've just been doing it manually. I'll definitely give this a try.
