Google Assistant. Do you have it yet?

As I'm sure many of you know Google is pushing out it's Google Assistant to all phones that have 6.0+ with at least 1.5 GB of RAM and 720 (and up) resolution.

The ZTE zmax pro checks off all of the requirements. I'm in the beta program of many Google apps (including the Google app and Google play services)

I have yet to receive assistant.

Comment and let me/us know if you have it yet.

Nothing yet here and I am also in beta program for those apps mentioned above. I remarked that I got the Metro PCS version

I just got it in my LG G3 after updating apps. It is not my daily driver and had been sitting for a few months. :D

So how do you find it? Can anyone tell me how to find it on zmaxpro? Where to run it too? I don't see it on my zmaxpro

Hold down the home button (where google now on tap is). If you see the set up screen for Assistant, then your phone has it. Alot of people don't have it yet. It's being rolled out in waves.

K, thanks. Guess don't have it yet. But can you upload how the set up screen for Assistant looks like?

Instructions for Google Assistant in a matter of minutes.

Sign up for Google play services beta in the link below.
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.google.android.gms

Make sure Google app etc is updated. Use 1 account for beta and your app store so their isn't conflicts. Some people have 2 Google accounts, so just check.

In a matter of minutes Google Assistant was on my phone. Signing up for beta was just a click of a button, that simple. Didn't need to reboot or anything, there the assistant was. I'm happy for at least today.

Got it today. Just long pressed the home button and google assistant pop out. In my case, I don't have to install it just set it up to be used.

Maybe coz I know we already have the assistant installed from b08 update.

So I uninstalled allo. I only installed it for google assistant. At least it is talking back to me. Assistant in allo does not talk back.
